TELEPHONIC COUNSELLING

24/7 access to telephonic EAP provides effective professional counseling and work/life support so employees can maintain focus on work. A phone call helps when employees are dealing with depression, family conflicts, marital issue, or workplace stress.

ONSITE COUNSELLING

The onsite counseling sessions are scheduled at your office premises for the convenience of employees. They can discuss their concerns with the onsite counsellors. The Counsellors may recommend a brief counseling program to resolve their issues.

ONLINE COUNSELLING

Online counselling gives you the opportunity to speak to a therapist or counsellor online, without having to meet them face to face. This kind of counselling is a good solution for people who need counselling but cannot go to a therapist’s office or those who prefer to keep in contact at a distance from wherever they are.

OFFSITE COUNSELLING

Some situations may require a recommendation for an outside referral be made on your behalf for further counseling, treatment or programming. Our large network of referral sources made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, substance abuse providers, support groups etc allows us to match your need with the expertise within our network.

CRITICAL INCIDENT RESPONSE

A critical incident may be a single traumatic event such as a violent episode or life-threatening emergency, or it may be that one have witnessed enduring or repeated events which have become overwhelming over time.

When a tragedy or crisis occurs in your organization, on or off premises, our professionals trained in critical incidence response are ready to provide immediate assistance to you, your management team and employees. Our crisis response professionals will consult with you to provide an effective response service tailored to your organization and the current crisis. We will assist your employees with tools and strategies to restore calm and help them achieve their highest level of performance.
